About CareerMatch
AI career matching for students, young adults and parents. The assessment takes about ten minutes and compares each person's profile with a library of more than 4,000 researched careers.
CareerMatch helps students and young adults between seventeen and twenty-four choose a career direction with evidence in hand, and it gives their parents and teachers a shared picture to talk from. The assessment takes about ten minutes and profiles each person across their interests, their strengths and skills, the motivations that make work feel worth doing, their personality and thinking style, and the working environments in which they do their best work, which is a neuro-aware measure that applies to everyone and never asks for a diagnosis. CareerMatch then compares that profile with a library of more than 4,000 researched careers, each carrying salary data drawn from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, and returns a set of career paths with a clear account of why each one fits. The assessment is free to start, full results come with a paid plan, and schools can run a one-term pilot that ends with a cohort report for senior leadership.
