Lay roads, then build houses, wells, a forum, fountains and aqueducts while balancing treasury, food, wood, stone and your citizens' happiness. An advisor guides you through "The Road to Rome", a seven-chapter campaign with tougher enemies and logistics at every step, or you can try free survival with no safety net.
