About Triangle Health
Short answers to the questions patients and caregivers keep searching for: medical records, patient portals, care coordination, second opinions, insurance denials, and cancer clinical trials. Each answer lists the public sources (NIH, NCI, FDA, HHS, MedlinePlus and others) underneath. Educational only; not medical advice and not a replacement for your care team.
Triangle also publishes free Answers pages (trianglehealth.com/answers): short, plain-language explanations of the questions patients and caregivers search for most. Topics include getting and sharing medical records, patient portals vs the full medical record, the HIPAA right of access, caregiver and proxy access, care coordination across several doctors, second opinions, prior authorization and insurance appeals, questions to ask an oncologist, biomarker testing, reading ClinicalTrials.gov listings, Phase 1 cancer trials, tumor boards, treatment guidelines, FDA accelerated vs traditional approval, and the Right to Try Act. Each answer lists its public sources, such as NCI, NIH, FDA, HHS, ONC and MedlinePlus.
Triangle is HIPAA-compliant, encrypts data, and never sells it or shares it for advertising. Users choose who can see their profile and can delete it. One membership holds up to 10 profiles, for example for a parent or partner. There is a 7-day free trial, then $9 a month. People can also connect their own AI assistant (Claude, ChatGPT or Grok) to read their record.
All Triangle content is educational. It is not medical advice and not clinical evidence. Triangle does not diagnose, treat or prescribe, and it does not replace a patient's care team. Please discuss anything you read with your clinician before acting on it.
