Dagmor checks finished call recordings against the rules agreed for a campaign. It turns calls into words, gives scores and warnings with the supporting wording, and sends doubtful calls to a person for review. Managers can see the full batch, open evidence for a selected call and record their own decision. Recordings are removed after processing; review uses the written call and the reason it was picked out. A guided first campaign includes 250 free minutes. Further call time is sold in 100, 500 and 2,000-minute packs. The public site also has a free call sampling calculator. It lets someone choose an assumed issue rate and sample size to see the chance of missing that issue. Its numbers are examples, not claims about the errors in any real team.
