Mojibakehenkan (もじばけ変換) is a free browser-only utility for restoring garbled text caused by encoding mismatches and for experimenting with intentional mojibake. It tries common misread combinations across UTF-8, Shift_JIS, EUC-JP, and Windows-1252, including double-encoding cases and mail text that lost ISO-2022-JP escape sequences.
