About Pic2Vector
Pic2Vector converts PNG, JPG and WebP images into clean, color-layered SVG directly in your browser. A Rust tracing engine compiled to WebAssembly runs on your device, so images are never uploaded. Pick full color, black & white or posterize, tune with live sliders, and export a watermark-free SVG.
The tracing engine is written in Rust (based on the open-source vtracer) and compiled to WebAssembly. It runs in a background Web Worker on your own device, so your images are never uploaded to a server and the interface stays responsive while it works. That makes it a good fit for NDA logos, unreleased UI and other confidential brand assets.
You choose one of three trace modes: full-color BΓ©zier splines for illustrations, black & white thresholding for line art and logos, or posterize (up to 32 colors) for flat print-style graphics. Simplification, corner threshold and speckle filtering update with a live preview. Colors are split into separate layers automatically, and you can hide, lock, delete or highlight any layer before you export.
The output is a clean, W3C-compliant SVG with no watermark. Open it in Figma, Illustrator or Inkscape, or send it to a vinyl plotter or laser cutter. There is nothing to install and no account to create.
Pic2Vector exports SVG only. If you need PDF, EPS or DXF in one click, a cloud API, or a deep-learning look, a cloud vectorizer may suit you better.
