SignSlip turns a short agreement into a timestamped PDF. Write a short note, pay $1.99 once, and send a link. The other person reads it, types their name, and taps Agree. You both get a PDF stamped in America/Denver and UTC time. No accounts, no subscriptions.
SignSlip is a tiny e-sign tool for small yeses: permission slips, weekend-use notes, roommate or handyman one-pagers, and simple "I agree" acknowledgments. You write a title and a few hundred words of plain text, pay $1.99 via Stripe Checkout, and copy a signer link. The signer needs no login: they type their name and tap Agree, and both sides receive a timestamped PDF. SignSlip is intentionally small. It is not a template library, workflow engine, identity-verification service, or DocuSign clone, and there is no subscription, just $1.99 per slip you create.
