About TimeBill
Time tracking for freelancers and small teams that turns logged hours straight into invoices. Flat $9/month for unlimited seats — a 25-person team pays $108/year instead of $5,400/year for per-seat tools.
TimeBill is a time tracking tool built for freelancers and small teams who bill by the hour. Instead of charging per seat, it offers one flat price with unlimited collaborators, so growing teams are not penalised for adding people. Users start a timer in one click, with project and rate remembered, review hours auto-grouped by project and client, and send a branded PDF invoice in one click. That simple workflow — track time, review the week, send the invoice — turns logged hours straight into invoices without spreadsheet wrangling or late billing. For freelancers, consultants and small agencies, TimeBill removes the per-seat growth tax: a 25-person team pays $108 per year at the flat $9 per month early-bird price, instead of $5,400 per year for per-seat tools, keeping $5,292 per year. It is designed for people who live in billable hours and want every hour tracked and every invoice sent, without paying per head.
